Phasing
Phase 1 - Trails that could be built in roughly 10 years between 2027 and 2037. These trails have been vetted for constructionability and include cost estimates (see below).
Phase 2 - Trails that are candidates to be considered if a Phase 1 project cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Phase 3 - Trails that are crucial parts of the network to be completed as part of other city projects or at a later date by a subsequent funding source.
Cost Estimates
Phase 1 - $252M based on December 2024 labor and materials; pricing includes lighting on some trails. Excludes security cameras and real estate acquisition costs (land or easement purchases).
Phases 2 and 3 – Cost estimates will not be provided for these trails within the master plan recommendations.
